Sponsors are essential to keep our registration fees as low as possible, as we rely largely on sponsorship to support staff time to organize the conference and to bring in noteworthy keynote speakers. Several of our federal sources of support have been curtailed or eliminated since 2017. We are currently seeking sponsors at the following levels:
Underwriter:$10,000 in support provides recognition on all press materials, conference proceedings and website, logo on opening conference slides, exhibit booth space, 5 full registrations, recognition as a sponsor for one meal or break (first come, first serve basis)
Title:$5,000 – $9,999 in support provides the name of you or your organization listed as the sponsor of a luncheon, reception or a technical session, 3 full registrations, and earns the benefits of Champion status
Champion:$2,500 – $4,999 in support provides recognition on all press materials, conference proceedings and website, logo on opening conference slides, exhibit booth space, 3 full registrations
Advocate:$1,000 – $2,499 in support provides recognition on conference proceedings and website, exhibit booth space, 1 full registration
Supporter:$500-$999 in support provides recognition on conference proceedings and website.
